Frequently Asked Questions
Learn more about our trash bin cleaning and pressure washing services.
How does your trash bin cleaning service work?
We use professional pressure washing equipment to thoroughly clean, sanitize, and deodorize your trash and recycling bins. We remove dirt, grime, food residue, bacteria, and unpleasant odors, leaving your bins looking and smelling fresh.
Do you use my water and electricity?
Yes. We connect our equipment to your outdoor water spigot and a standard exterior electrical outlet. Our equipment is designed to use only a modest amount of water and electricity during the cleaning process.
How much water does it use?
A typical trash bin cleaning uses approximately 5–10 gallons of water, depending on the condition of the bin. That is less water than many people use to wash a car.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as your bins are accessible and we have access to an outdoor water faucet and electrical outlet, we can complete the service while you are away.
Do I need to empty my bins first?
Yes. Please place your bins out after your regular garbage collection has occurred so they are as empty as possible before we clean them.
What do you use to clean the bins?
We use high-pressure water along with environmentally responsible cleaning and sanitizing products that are effective against bacteria while being safe for residential use.
Will my bins smell better afterward?
Absolutely! Our cleaning process removes the buildup that causes unpleasant odors, helping eliminate smells caused by food waste, bacteria, and organic debris.
Can you remove stains?
We can remove most dirt, grime, and organic buildup. While many stains improve significantly, some permanent discoloration caused by age, chemicals, or sun exposure may remain.
How often should I have my bins cleaned?
Most homeowners benefit from cleaning every 1–3 months. Families with pets, diapers, or frequent food waste may prefer monthly service.
What other pressure washing services do you offer?
In addition to trash and recycling bins, we clean:
- Driveways
- Sidewalks
- Patios
- Pool decks
- Lanai screens and floors
- Walkways
- Garage floors
- Decks
- Outdoor trash enclosures
Are your cleaning products safe?
Yes. We use products appropriate for residential cleaning that are effective while being environmentally responsible when used as directed.
Do you service HOAs and businesses?

What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve South Tampa, Carrollwood, Lutz, Westchase, Citrus Park, Odessa, and nearby communities.
How long does the service take?
Most trash bin cleanings take 10–20 minutes per bin. Larger pressure washing projects vary depending on their size and condition.
What if my outdoor water or electrical outlet is not working?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to perform the service without access to a working outdoor water spigot and electrical outlet. Please contact us before your appointment if you are unsure.
