Our Services
Teen Clean Tampa Bay provides residential cleaning services that may include:

- Walkway cleaning

- Outdoor furniture and outdoor-space cleaning
- Home exterior cleaning
- Other related pressure-washing services
Available services may vary by location, property condition, equipment access, weather, and other circumstances.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Pricing may change if the actual size, condition, access, materials, staining, contamination, or scope of work differs from what was originally described.
Any additional work or material change in scope will be discussed with the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area at the scheduled time. This may include unlocking gates, moving vehicles, removing fragile objects, securing pets, and ensuring that water and electrical access are available when required.
Teen Clean Tampa Bay may reschedule or delay service because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, illness, property-access limitations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customer Responsibilities
Before service begins, the customer should:
- Remove or protect fragile, valuable, or water-sensitive property
- Close windows and doors near the service area
- Identify damaged, loose, painted, sealed, cracked, or delicate surfaces
- Disclose known leaks, electrical hazards, drainage issues, or structural concerns
- Keep children, pets, and other people away from the active work area
Property Condition and Cleaning Results
Cleaning results vary depending on the age, material, condition, porosity, previous treatments, staining, biological growth, rust, oil, paint, irrigation deposits, and other characteristics of the surface.
We do not guarantee that every stain, mark, discoloration, odor, or contaminant can be completely removed. Some surfaces may reveal pre-existing damage or permanent discoloration after dirt and buildup are removed.

Existing Damage and Delicate Surfaces
Teen Clean Tampa Bay is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects or conditions, including loose mortar, cracked concrete, deteriorated paint, damaged siding, failing sealant, unstable fixtures, rotted wood, loose pavers, weakened surfaces, or improper installation.
We may decline to clean a surface that appears unsafe, unstable, unusually delicate, or unsuitable for pressure washing.
Water, Drainage, and Overspray
Pressure washing involves water, runoff, mist, and overspray. Customers should keep windows and doors closed and protect items that may be affected by water.
We will use reasonable care around landscaping, neighboring property, vehicles, and nearby surfaces. However, some temporary water runoff, dampness, or incidental overspray may occur as part of the service.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms communicated with the customer, generally upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance.
The customer is responsible for any approved additional services or changes in scope.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations, denied access, or failure to be ready for service may result in refusal of future appointments or a cancellation fee if one was disclosed in advance.
Satisfaction and Service Concerns
If you have a concern about completed work, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide details or photographs when helpful.
We may inspect the area and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable correction or other resolution. Any corrective work is subject to access, weather, safety, and the limitations of the surface or stain.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, submit false information, misuse forms, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website’s operation or security.
